FIRST® LEGO® League KOREA 참가 동의서 안내
본 동의서는 FIRST® LEGO® League KOREA(이하 FLL Korea)에 참가하기 위한 공식 등록 절차입니다.
참가자는 팀 정보, 지도교사(코치) 정보, 참가자 정보를 정확하게 입력해 주시기 바랍니다.
제출된 모든 정보는 대회 운영, 팀 관리, 인증서 발급, 홍보 및 기록 보존의 목적으로만 사용됩니다.
또한 만 14세 미만 참가자의 경우, 반드시 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다.
코치님께서는 아동학대 신고의무자 교육 이수증과 성폭력 예방교육 이수증을 함께 첨부하여 주시길 바랍니다.
교원 법정의무교육 이수증으로 대체 제출도 가능하며, 아래 사이트 외 예방교육 이수증도 가능합니다.

FIRST® LEGO® League KOREA Participation Consent Form
This consent form is part of the official registration process for participation in the FIRST® LEGO® League KOREA (FLL Korea).
Participants are required to provide accurate information about the team, coach, and participants.
All submitted information will be used solely for the purposes of event operation, team management, certificate issuance, promotion, and record keeping.
In addition, participants under the age of 14 must obtain consent from a legal guardian.
Coaches are required to upload certificates of completion for the following mandatory trainings:
Child Abuse Mandatory Reporting Education
Sexual Violence Prevention Education
Alternatively, a Teacher Legal Mandatory Education Certificate may be submitted in place of the above.
