This event is part of a non-profit educational program operated by the Imagine Association. The program is designed to provide more students with meaningful competition experiences and opportunities in STEAM education.
To ensure smooth event operations and maintain a high educational standard, a portion of the operational costs is covered by team registration fees. Through this support, we aim to provide students with a safe, well-organized, and high-quality festival experience.
[Important Notice]
This registration is open only to teams that have obtained an official advancement slot from their country’s Program Delivery Partner (PDP).
Team names cannot be changed.Coaches must be adults, as they are responsible for guiding and supervising minor team members and act as the official guardians of the team during the event.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth event preparation (including the production of event materials and souvenirs), the following refund policy will be applied. This policy complies with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards announced by the Fair Trade Commission of Korea.
Up to 10 days before the event: Full refund of the registration fee
Up to 7 days before the event (8–9 days prior): 10% of the registration fee deducted
Up to 3 days before the event (4–6 days prior): 20% of the registration fee deducted
Up to 1 day before the event (2–3 days prior): 30% of the registration fee deducted
On the day of the event (from July 3 onward): No refund available
Refund Request Method
Please submit a cancellation request through the purchase cancellation option on your My Page, or send an email to fll.korea@imagine.or.kr including the following information: team name, representative (coach) name, and PayPal payment confirmation.
The date and time when the email request is received will be used as the official reference for applying the cancellation and refund policy.
If the event is cancelled due to circumstances on the organizer’s side (such as natural disasters or organizer-related issues), the registration fee will be fully refunded.
The detailed event schedule will be provided individually to team coaches via email.
